obligation to pay a buyer's specialist
commission and other closing costs, but
you will owe us nothing.

within 3 months after possession, we here

for FREE! It is agreed that the
property will be put on the Multiple
Listing Service system and the Napier
Realty Group will waive the listing side
of the commission. You will owe us
nothing!
You will
be responsible for the selling side of the
commission. This selling commission will
be no less than 3%, plus applicable
closing costs. It is understood that
Napier Realty has to approve the listing
price of the home (if it is over 5% more
than the purchase price).
