services as the agent listing for your home, at
anytime after the first 30 Days of the listing have
passed, before going into escrow with an accepted
purchase contract. Period. It's very
simple.

agents feel that if they offer an Easy Exit
Agreement, that homeowners will make "deals" behind
their back with the buyer and cut them out of the
commission. These are not trusting people. That is
not a fear that I have. I am confident that I can
show you that I can earn my keep by doing
everything in my power to realize your goals in the
sale of your home and do it with no
hassles.
